Very comfy bed, lovely view, quiet, good bus links, clean room.

Nothing not to like.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city centre and great transport links. The hotel is situated on a busy-ish street surrounded by other guest houses, which creates a lively atmosphere. The bus route is right here, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with useful information about the area and discounted transit options. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a soundproofed feature, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV added to the overall comfort of the room.

Despite the many positives, the hotel does not offer breakfast. However, the quality of the room and the excellent service more than make up for this minor inconvenience.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful view. the bathroom was impeccably clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the coffee/tea maker in the room and the selection of tea and coffee provided. the reliable wifi and TV with many channels were also a plus. the location was peaceful and not too far from the city center, making it convenient for exploring.

There were a few aspects that I didn't appreciate. Breakfast was an optional extra at an additional cost, which I found to be quite pricey.

The location of this guest house is really convenient as it is right on the bus route into the city centre, but on a quiet street. The bus stops are close by, which is great for exploring the city. It's also not far from the centre of the city, making it easy to get to all the tourist spots. The rooms are nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities like iron, hairdryer, and coffee/tea facilities. The owners are really friendly and accommodating.

The wifi connection in the guest house is extremely poor and almost useless.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the quick and hassle-free check-in process. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We loved the peaceful view of Arthur's Seat from our window. The bus stops were conveniently close and provided easy access to the city center, making it a convenient location for exploring.
